Höglund & Sons Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (Updated 7/31/2025)

Welcome to the Höglund & Sons Affiliate Program powered by Peach’s. By applying to and participating in our affiliate program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Höglund & Sons.

1. Program Eligibility and Approval

Participation in the Höglund & Sons Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion, for any reason and without obligation to disclose the basis for our decision.

2. Commission Structure

Commission rates are determined solely by Höglund & Sons and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program following any change in commission rates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Payment of Commissions

Commission payments will be made at the sole discretion of Höglund & Sons. While we aim to process payments on a roughly monthly basis, we reserve the right to adjust the timing and method of payments at any time.

Affiliates are solely responsible for maintaining an active and valid PayPal account capable of receiving payments. All commissions will be paid via PayPal only. If we are unable to send funds due to an invalid, restricted, or improperly configured PayPal account, no further effort will be made to issue payment. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account is functional and linked to your affiliate profile.

4. Account Termination

Höglund & Sons reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, suspected fraud, inappropriate content, non-compliance with these Terms, or actions deemed detrimental to the Höglund & Sons brand or its customers.

5. Affiliate Conduct

As an affiliate, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on Höglund & Sons. Misleading advertising, spam, trademark misuse, or any deceptive practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

6. Independent Contractor

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Höglund & Sons. You act as an independent contractor and are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from commissions received.

7. Modifications

Höglund & Sons may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued participation in the program after any changes shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
